One of our main policies is to empower the available Saudi human resource. Our main aim is to achieve Saudization targets as per guidelines from the Ministry of Labor (MoL). With the growing literacy rate of Saudis, we provide excellent job opportunities in various fields to learn and develop their careers. Right from the initiation of the Saudization concept, HHG extended its outright support to the KSA government by not only promoting Saudi employment, but also organizing and conducting regular training programs regardless of the nature of job, ranging from specialized training programs for administration staff to the construction & maintenance sector and Maritime studies. HHG not only deals with training academies within the kingdom, we also send our trainees abroad to countries like Egypt, Jordan, Sri Lanka etc. depending on the relevancy and importance of the course. HHG always lends a supporting hand to the growing Saudi skilled population.
